Puzzle #1 (20 points)

Professor Dumbledore is throwing a celebratory feast for the entire school in the Great Hall. Every student has been assigned one of 5 tables, which seat between 5 and 13 people. Each table features a different type of food, including French. Match each person (one of whom is Cho) to their table, the food, and the number of people are at that table.

1. Of the Cuban food table and Luna's table, one is at Table 1 and the other is at Table 2.
2. Of the table with 9 students and Susan's table, one is at Table 4 and the other is the Italian food table.
3. Neither Table 2 nor the table with 9 students is Neville's table.
4. Neville's table is either Table 3 or the Indian food table.
5. Table 3 has 2 more students than Blaise's table.
6. The table with 5 students is the Indian food table.
7. Table 2 has somewhat more students than Neville's table.
8. The Japanese food table isn't where Blaise is sitting.
9. Luna is sitting at the Indian food table.
10. Table 4 has 2 more students than the Italian food table.

Puzzle #2 (30 points)

Hermione's latest fundraiser for the Society for the Promotion of Elfish Welfare is selling "exotic" Muggle treats to students (including Neville). Determine how much each student spent (between 9 and 17 sickles) on their candy (one of which was Dip Dabs) and drink (including Vimto).

1. Lavender is either the person who ordered the Irn Bru drink or the client who ordered the Maltesers.
2. Ron didn't order the Barley Water.
3. Of the customer who paid 9 sickles and the one who paid 13 sickles, one ordered the candy Jelly Babies and the other ordered the Irn Bru.
4. Ernie didn't order the Barley Water.
5. The customer who ordered the Smarties candy didn't pay 13 sickles.
6. Ron didn't order the drink Ribena.
7. The student who ordered the drink Dandelion and Burdock paid 2 sickles more than the student who ordered the Barley Water.
